As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allied and Co Limited, Gary Kemp brings with him a passion for emerging financial technology and employee development, both of which have solidified his reputation as a leader in the field. Gary Kemp in his 7 years at Allied and Co Limited, he held additional leadership roles spanning consumer finance, vendor financial services, operations and quality. He began his career in the Banking Industry, where he provided leadership in Sales, Marketing and Operations over the course of 8 years.
As a leader, Gary Kemp is also known for championing his employees, having initiated several development programs at Allied and Co Limited . He expanded the business focus on ecommerce and mobile capabilities, developing new tools for business clients and consumers alike. Gary Kemp earned an MBA in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics.
Vice-Chairman of the Board
Mason
brings his considerable experience in
communications and marketing to the Board of
Directors, together with executive management and
extensive leadership experience. Prior to his
appointment in 2011, served as Chief Finance
Officer of the company. He brings more than 30
years of experience to her role on the Board of
Directors. He has an extensive background in
leadership and public policy experience. spent
12 years in senior fixed income research positions
at Citicorp, Goldman Sachs, and Merrill Lynch. He
was also a mortgage portfolio manager and a Senior
Economist at one of the top Banks in Bahrain. He received a
B.A. in political science from the University of
Leeds and has received honorary doctorate degrees
from many colleges and universities.
Foreign Investment Director
Anthony Sanders
brings many years of leadership experience to
his role as the Foreign Investment Director, including his
extensive background in executive management and
sales. He also has an extensive background in
consumer finance and he oversees Financial Marketing in
addition to ensuring the company's function delivers
strategic capabilities to all it's businesses. His
responsibilities also include ensuring the company
maintains a well-developed strategic capability as
it relates to customer experience, consistent with
the stated priorities of the firm.stry. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the
University of California, Los Angeles and a M.B.A.
from Stanford University.
Compliance Director
Lucy Gardner
is the Compliance Director of Allied and Co Limited, appointed in November 2000. In
this role, she leverages her broad and deep
experience to focus on accelerating the company's
business growth in all markets, and particularly in
Europe and Asia. She began her career with CitiBank
Financial Group in the Corporate Banking Division in
1984 and has held a variety of senior management
positions in Scotland, the United States and France.
She is accountable for marketing and for aspects of
technology and operations to deliver leading
customer experience and to respond appropriately to
market conditions, trends and new technologies.

Marketing Director
Arthur Pedro Araujo
joined Allied and Co Limited in January 2013 and currently holds the role of Marketing Director. He is responsible for the development and implementation of a global marketing strategy that strives to expand the clients and company awareness. He brings more than 25 years of cross-industry marketing and corporate strategy experience to
Allied and Co Limited.
He also leads global sales, commercial operations, and commercial strategy and enablement. Khalid combines his extensive general management leadership and deep technical knowledge of the firms’s financial product portfolio to ensure the global commercial success of the firm. He is committed to empowering Allied and Co Limited customers with innovations to further unlock the potentials in their businesses.
Chief Financial Officer
Lucas M. Jason joined Allied and Co Limited in April 2014 and holds the role of Chief Financial Officer. He is instrumental in various aspects of the business from deal origination, execution, portfolio management and formulating exit strategies. Lucas M. Jason has been integrally involved in several Allied and Co Limited principally in the Oil & Gas, Consumer, Renewable Energy, Mining and engineering industries. He is actively involved in both deal execution and portfolio management–where he focuses on value creation and performance improvement for the firm.
Loans and Credit Director
Peter A. Kristoffersen
joined Allied and Co Limited in March 2013 and currently holds the role of Loans and Credit Director. He manages the loans and credit division and facilitates all loans and investment businesses of Allied and Co Limited. Peter A. Kristoffersen
manages Allied and Co Limited’s corporate loans compliance with statutor and regulatory requirements and the implementation of Board of Directors directives. He has many years experience of the banking sector and has also worked within business support agencies in various capacities. He has extensive knowledge and experience of customer account management and relationship management, having worked for a variety of banks and financial services companies during his career.
